Insomnia

Insomnia (difficulty falling asleep and maintaining sleep) very often occurs alone or in combination with a sleep-related breathing disorder.
Patients often ruminate and are therefore unable to get to sleep. Added to this is the worry about sleep, which is eagerly awaited but never comes.
Many also wake up repeatedly at night and do not fall asleep again. This creates a vicious circle from which it is usually impossible to escape without help
